JOB DESCRIPTION

We are announcing a vacancy for the position of ADMINISTRATOR IN THE SHARED SERVICES DEPARTMENT, which includes finance, logistics, and general administration, with the following responsibilities:

  • Tasks related to financial administration (entry and posting of incoming invoices, control and posting of goods receipts, preparation of customer invoicing, travel expense calculations, etc.)
  • Logistics-related tasks (coordination of supplier delivery schedules – OC, approval of goods receipts, monitoring and processing customer complaints, coordination with factories, etc.)
  • General shared services tasks (handling and coordination of client calls, reception of clients at the IBF office, coordination of office procurement, administrative assistance, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Final-year student or graduate in economics (accounting/finance preferred)
  • Professionalism, proactivity, organization, and ability to work independently
  • Initiative in problem-solving and strong communication skills

  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
