SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are announcing a vacancy for the position of SALES REPRESENTATIVE, with the following responsibilities:

• Preparation and optimization of commercial offers based on bill of quantities inquiries
• Preparation of deliverables according to IBF standards (lighting catalog, alternative lighting catalog, cost estimates, technical and certification documentation)
• Commercial management of IBF strategic partners, professional communication, and coordination
• Monitoring public procurement processes and preparing bids
• Monitoring and updating supplier price lists in the system
• Coordination and scheduling of regular and extraordinary service appointments
• Other tasks in support of Project Managers (PMs)

• University or professional degree (electrical engineering, or economics with knowledge of electrical engineering / lighting systems)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar or related positions
• Knowledge of lighting equipment and understanding of project documentation
• Professionalism and ability to work independently, with readiness for teamwork
• Excellent personal organization, efficiency, and proactivity
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
